Research engineer INRAE
As a research engineer at the Multi-Modal Imaging and Measurements (I3M) unit at the Silvatech plateform, I specialize in scanning electron microscopy (SEM), confocal microscopy, and microanalysis. I develop and apply advanced multiscale and correlative imaging approaches to characterize the structure, composition, and properties of biological materials. My work focuses primarily on wood and tree components, from the cellular scale to tissue-level organization, and supports interdisciplinary research aimed at understanding structure - function relationships in complex biological systems.

Area of expertise:
-Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)
-Confocal microscopy
-Microanalyse
-Multiscale and correlative imaging
-Interdisciplinary research

Responsibilities within the unit:

  •  Co-Coordinator of the I3M Division
