Under the authority of the Unit Management, I design, deploy, and coordinate the Integrated Management System
(IMS). This includes:
- Quality management to ensure the reliability and reproducibility of scientific results,
- Occupational health and safety management to ensure safe and healthy working conditions in accordance with
labor law and INRAE/UL/APT requirements,
- Environmental protection to ensure that our activities do not harm the environment,
- CSR (SILVA's overall impact on society and the environment).
In this context, I provide advice and support to the agents of the three supervisory bodies (INRAE, UL et APT).
