I am in charge of managing the PREPI project (2025-2028). The objective of this project is to improve the technical, economic, ergonomic, and social performance of forest plantations in the Grand Est region.
My responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the activities of the project partners (organizing meetings, writing meeting minutes, tracking tasks, etc.).
Another responsibility involves organizing the task of "Ensuring successful plant establishment." This includes organizing forestry work with the borrowers, receiving the necessary materials for the plantation from suppliers, and writing protocols and reports for the installation of the experimental sites.
