I conduct gene expression analyses of target genes (using qPCR) as well as transcriptomic analyses (using RNA-Seq and Affymetrix microarrays) in support of research programs on the plasticity and diversity of tree responses to abiotic stresses (mainly on poplar and oak submitted to drought and/or ozone).
